Refund policy

Shadesofjay is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition, for in store credit within 14 days of delivery of the item unless otherwise noted. Refunds are only issued as an online store credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, you can do so with with the credit received after your return has been processed. Shadesofjay cannot guarantee the availability of any item.

 

In order to be eligible for a return all items must be:

• Received at our warehouse within 14 days of original delivery to customer
• Unworn & unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Include a copy of your invoice and a return form

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale items
• Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on the invoice or collection heading of website
• Shipping costs
